At Empaelle, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather goods. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.
  • To request an exchange, kindly write to us at support@empaelle.com with order details and photos of the product, if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Please ensure safe packaging and dispatch to avoid transit damage.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Empaelle reserves the right to approve or reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
