1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship pan India to all serviceable pin codes.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can also track your order anytime through the “Track My Order” section on our website.

6. Packaging

All products are securely packed in branded, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.


7. Delays and Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@empaelle.com and we will assist you promptly.
  • In case of a damaged or tampered delivery, kindly do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes only.
  • We may contact you via call/SMS/email to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
